Festive Production Update Important Ordering Information


Thank you for the incredible support and trust you have shown us. Demand for our beds has been exceptionally high, and we are truly grateful to every customer who has chosen SleepVillage during this busy festive period.

To protect our quality standards and ensure all existing orders are completed and delivered within the current year, we have taken the considered decision to temporarily pause the processing of new orders.

Christmas & New Year Production Schedule

Our skilled bed makers and upholsterers will be taking a short, well-deserved Christmas break from Monday 22nd December. Manufacturing will resume in full from Friday 2nd January, allowing our team to return refreshed and ready to continue delivering the craftsmanship SleepVillage is known for.

Factory Closed - From Monday 22nd December
Production Returns - Friday 2nd January
Placing Orders - Open as normal
New Order Processing - From 2nd January (processed in order received)

Ordering During This Period

Orders can still be placed as normal throughout this period. Any orders placed will be queued and scheduled for manufacturing once production resumes in January. All orders are processed strictly in the order they are received.
